About the event
This is a beginner day class in which we will take the preservation process from skinning through to mounting and positioning the specimen. All equipment and specimens will be provided and no previous knowledge is required.
You will end the session with your own ethically sourced* taxidermy mouse to take home with you.
To ensure maximum guidance is available to students, class sizes are kept very small. However, should the minimum number of students required to fill the class not be met, you will be notified in order to adjust your class date.
This is a naturalistic class but students are welcome to bring anthropomorphic props should they wish to do so.
The duration of this class is an approximation and may vary due to ability.
Refreshments are not available from the studio directly however there is a cafe adjacent which is open until 4pm.
